30 Minute Chia Pudding Bowl

 

This delicious breakfast Chia Pudding Bowl is quick and easy. The health benefits of this Chia Pudding Bowl speaks for itself and is a perfect way to keep your body feeling full and energized. 
Ingredients:
1 C Almond Milk (Malk Organics)
1/3 C Chia Seeds
2 tsp Cinnamon 
1sp Vanilla
Directions:
In a large bowl mix together almond milk, chia seeds, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir until well mixed together and then place in fridge for about 30 minutes or until your morning activties are complete. I just went for my morning run while waiting for my Chia Pudding to set. After 30 minutes (or longer), take chia pudding out of the fridge and top with any all of your favorite topings.
I went ahead and went for blueberries, raspberries, 1/2 banana, coconut, Justin's Almond Butter and a Better Bites Bakery Sun Better Chocolate Covered cookie dough ball. 
Trust me, you'll love it.
